3. Free Version

• Up to 3 projects
• Preinstalled voices
• MP4 export with watermark
• Public gallery publishing

4. Pro Version

• Unlimited projects
• MP4 export without watermark
• Additional voice model management
• Clone public presentations for editing

5. Experimental GPU Audiobook Feature ("Vibe Slop Generation")

GPU-powered autonomous audiobook generation is experimental.

• Availability, quality, speed, and scope are not guaranteed.
• Not guaranteed for either Pro or free users.
• Operator may limit, pause, or shut down feature at any time.
• 24/7 GPU server operating costs are currently too high.
• If demand is strong enough, it may become permanent.

Core audio features (e.g., regular speech synthesis) remain active.

6. User Obligations

You are responsible for your content and account security.

7. Availability

Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. Liability

Liability is limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

These terms may be changed.

11. Governing Law

German law applies.
